Award Recognizes Excellence in Government Property Management, Operations, And Community Engagement

Ms. Knight accepted the award at the 2025 BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association) Fort Lauderdale/Palm Beaches Annual TOBY Awards Gala held at the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts. The event, which was attended by over 450 commercial real estate professionals, industry leaders, and guests from Broward and Palm Beach counties, was a celebration of the best in commercial property management.
TOBY Awards, considered the most prestigious awards in commercial real estate, are given to the buildings that show the best performance across all aspects of operations. Properties go through an extensive judging process that looks at site management, community involvement, tenant relations, sustainability practices, operational efficiency, and environmental policies and procedures.
By winning the Government Building Category, Plantation Professional Plaza is ranked with only a handful of commercial properties that have been recognized for setting the highest standards and ensuring operational excellence over a long period of time. As a local TOBY Choice Award winner, Plantation Professional Plaza may now move on to the regional competition at the BOMA Southern Region Conference later this year.
